Once shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an online seminar held by our directors to learn more about the company.

Digital HR Seminar & Job Interviews

The online HR seminar will introduce you to our people and culture. Following this, we will begin the first round of interviews.

Final Job Interview

If we decide you may be a good fit for us, we will invite you to a final interview to get to know you better.

Administrative Executive at Sankyo Frontier Co., Ltd

Job Overview:

Working together with our global team at Sankyo Frontier, the Admin Executive would work to support and improve the working environment of the employees, business partners and clients. As a key team player, your aim is to improve the relationships between employees and stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • The management of general affairs related to the Singapore branch and other global offices
  • Assisting in customer and business-partner relationship management
  • The management of incoming/ outgoing mails and answering of phone calls
  • The preparation of documents for proposals, meetings and submissions
  • The preparation of necessary materials or equipment for new employees
  • Assisting with office search & relocation if necessary
  • Assisting staff with other necessary tasks, such as recruitment and sourcing for meeting and event locations

Accounting & Finance Executive at Sankyo Frontier Co., Ltd

Job Overview:

Working together with our global team at Sankyo Frontier, the Accounting & Finance Executive would work to support and improve the working environment of the employees, business partners and clients. As a key team player, your aim is to improve the relationships between employees and stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • The management of accounting, and submitting monthly financial reports for Sankyo Frontier’s Singapore Branch
  • Support forecasting and budgeting exercises in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities when required
  • Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and forms required internally or by government authorities
  • Assisting in customer and business-partner relationship management
  • Assisting staff with other necessary tasks
  • Traveling may be required.

Job Overview:

Working together with our global team at Sankyo Frontier, the Human Resources Executive would work to support and improve the working environment & HR policies, develop our organisational culture and contribute to organisational growth. As a key team player, your aim is to improve the relationships between employees and their work experience.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Planning & execution of recruitment seminars and organising job interviews for the Singapore branch
  • Assisting with recruitment efforts of other global offices or in new countries if necessary
  • Working with the Global HR team to plan & execute projects to improve employee relations, employee happiness and to promote a family-like culture within the Global Business Department
  • Researching on & creating opportunities for staff education and career growth in the Singapore branch

Information Technology Systems Analyst at Sankyo Frontier Co., Ltd (Singapore Branch)

Job Overview:

Working together with our global team at Sankyo Frontier, the IT Systems Analyst is responsible for the introduction & implementation of new IT systems to the company as well as the integration of various information systems to improve the efficiency of processes within the company.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Research and implementation of new IT systems to improve the various processes in Sankyo Frontier
  • Working closely with the digital marketing team & our vendors to maintain &/or create data-management system for the website CMS, MA & CRM sites for the various market regions
  • Basic website CMS updates and modifications
  • Assisting the Japanese IT department & our Data Protection Officer to improve the data security in Sankyo Frontier’s global offices when necessary
  • Sourcing for hosting servers and assisting with data migration if necessary
  • Assisting with the development of new IT systems and to upgrade existing IT infrastructure if necessary
  • Assisting staff with other necessary tasks
  • Traveling may be required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or other related fields

Job Overview:

Working together with our global team at Sankyo Frontier, the Structural Engineer/ MEP Engineer is responsible for the conceptual development and designing of architectural and engineering projects. The Structural Engineer/ MEP Engineer would be able to conceptualize and actualize building projects together with various departments in the company and with local authorities. 

 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • The drafting and design of projects using Sankyo Frontier’s products. 
  • Working with the R&D team at the Japanese headquarters on product development. 
  • Working together with professional engineers and the Building and Construction Authority to gain approval for building projects. 
  • Researching on the building and construction laws in Singapore and other countries.  
  • FEA Analysis  
  • Performing simulations on Sankyo Frontier’s products to find potential errors and make improvements. 
  • Assisting staff with other necessary tasks.  
  • Traveling is required (subject to the current COVID-19 situation).  

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum Education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related fields.
