MD Seminar

[1 MAR]

An our online seminar will be held by our managing directors to introduce you to our company, vision and values.

HR Seminar & Job Interviews

[6, 7, 8, 11, 12 MAR]

The online HR seminar will introduce you to our people, culture and business activities in Singapore.

Following this, we will begin the first round of interviews in-person.

Final Job Interview

[12, 13 MAR]

If your profile is a good fit for the role, we will invite you to a final interview.

Job Overview: 

Working together with our global team at Sankyo Frontier, the Junior Strategic Planner/ Strategic Planner is responsible for creating, coordinating and executing business plans and strategies in our target markets. Strategic planners would also be capable of doing tasks such as research and project management, and possess effective communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Studying, developing and executing corporate and business strategies for business growth across the region, together with country managers and multiple departments.
  • Researching and analysing market data and reports to identify emerging trends and opportunities for key markets.
  • Working with senior strategists on consumer and competitive analysis, to create well-informed strategic recommendations.
  • Working with senior strategists to develop clear presentations that inform decision-making & strategic ideas for top management.
  • Working with senior strategists to create & coordinate yearly and medium-term business plans across multiple departments in key markets.
  • Communicating business plans & objectives clearly with senior management and across teams.
  • Business travel may be required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Global Studies or other related-fields.
  • Prior Working Experience: 0
  • Language Skills: English (Working proficiency). Other languages are a plus (but not required).
  • Specific skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Able to attend our recruitment seminars in March 2024 and work from April 2024 onwards.

 

As part of our recruitment process, candidates are required to attend our online MD seminar on 1 March 2024, and one of the HR seminars & job interviews between  7-12 March 2024.

Job Overview: 

Working together with our global team at Sankyo Frontier, the R&D/ Product Development Engineer is responsible for the research, conceptual development, simulation & actualisation of modular building products together with various departments in the company and with local authorities.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Researching on new materials, building and construction technologies, building codes and regulations in Singapore and other target markets.
  • Working with the R&D team at the Japanese headquarters on product improvement & development in Singapore & target markets (e.g. JP, US).
  • Performing simulations & structural calculations on our modular buildings & creating reports using simulation programmes (e.g. Solidworks, ANSYS).
  • Working together with engineering partners and the government authorities on product feasibility studies, product localisation and approval for in Singapore and other target markets.
  • Documenting and presenting research findings and developments to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure project adherence to schedules.
  • Travelling may be required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or other related fields.
  • Prior Working Experience: 0-3 Years
  • Language Skills: English (Working proficiency). 
  • Specific skills: AutoCAD, Solidworks, ANSYS or other similar programmes, understanding of research methods, project management skills.
  • Able to attend our recruitment seminars in March 2024 and work from April 2024 onwards.

Job Overview: 

Working together with our global team at Sankyo Frontier, the Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting with marketing activities, creating & executing marketing strategies and campaigns to grow our presence in the global market. 

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

Business Development

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to create business development strategies for business launch, expansion and revenue generation in Singapore and key markets.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to research & analyse market data and reports, to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, clients and product ideas in Singapore & other key markets.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally on customer and competitive analysis.
  • Forming new partnerships for business expansion, managing and maintaining relationships with partners and clients.
  • Developing sales pitches and assisting with customer enquiries & project proposals in Singapore and other key markets.
  • Performing other sales administrative tasks as required.
  • Travelling may be required.

 

Marketing

  • Creating and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness and lead generation in Singapore & key markets
  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns & assisting with digital marketing activities in Singapore & key markets (i.e. Website development, content creation, social media marketing etc.)
  • Managing vendors and maintaining relationships with marketing & branding agencies in Singapore, US and other key markets
  • Updating & developing digital & print marketing materials & collateral.
  • Assisting with brand development and strategy in Singapore and the US.
  • Travelling may be required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or other related fields
  • Prior Working Experience: 0-3 Years
  • Language Skills: English (Working proficiency). 
  • Specific skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), understanding of research techniques, good communication and people skills.
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.  
  • Able to attend our recruitment seminars in March 2024 and work from April 2024 onwards.

DETAILS

  • Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Work from home (WFH) on Fridays (Subject to the work schedule of that week)
