Application

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to the next round of our hiring process.

MD Seminar

Once shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an online seminar held by our managing directors to learn more about the company.

HR Seminar & Job Interviews

The HR seminar will introduce you to our people and culture. Following this, we will begin the first round of interviews.

Final Job Interview

If we decide you may be a good fit for us, we will invite you to a final interview to get to know you better.

Project Management Engineer at Sankyo Frontier Malaysia SDN. BHD

Job Overview: 

Working together with our global team at Sankyo Frontier, the designer is responsible for the conceptual development, drafting and designing of architectural, engineering projects, creating business plans and strategy in the Malaysia in the long run. Working together with various teams in the company and with local authorities, the designer would be able to conceptualize and actualize fascinating building projects.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • The drafting and design of architectural projects using Sankyo Frontier’s products. 
  • Working with the R&D team at the Japanese headquarters on product development. 
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver products and solutions to our customers. 
  • Responsible for optimizing and maintaining the efficiency of our distribution center operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of products to our customers. 
  • The creation and execution of plans and strategies to grow Sankyo Frontier in Malaysia. 
  • Assisting and performing various tasks related to the business.  
  • Travelling is required.  
 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, structural engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering, civil engineering, sales engineering or other related fields.
  • Prior Working Experience: No experience required.
  • Language Skills: English (Working proficiency). Japanese is a plus (but not required).  
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Personal characteristics: Self-motivated, willing to learn, excited to take on challenges, friendly, honest, team-player, humble and possesses a global mindset, enjoys working in a start-up environment.  
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Accounting and Administrative Executive at Sankyo Frontier Malaysia SDN. BHD 

Job Overview:

Working together with our global team at Sankyo Frontier, the accounting (& Administrative executive) would work to support the employees, business partners and clients. As a key team player, your aim is to improve the relationships between employees and stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • The management of general affairs, accounts and cost lists for Sankyo Frontier Malaysia. 
  • Assisting in customer and businesspartner relationship management. 
  • The management of incoming/ outgoing mails and answering of phone calls. 
  • The preparation of documents for proposals, meetings and submissions. 
  • Sourcing for locations and logistics for meetings and events. 
  • Performing human resource activities including recruitment opportunities and job seminars. 
  • Assisting and performing various tasks related to our business.  
  • Travelling may be required. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education level: Bachelor’s Degree  
  • Prior Working Experience: No experience required. 
  • Language Skills: English (Working proficiency). Japanese is a plus (but not required).  
  • Specific skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Able to attend MD seminar in March 2024 and able to work from April 2024.
