Requirements
For this project, there were complex structures, frequent design and specification changes and some decisions were not made until just before it was time for construction. In addition, the facilities had to be constructed simultaneously with other adjacent facilities. The commencement day was already decided, so completing the construction safely and speedily was a requirement.
Solution
To accommodate the complicated structures, we devised a plan that combines unit houses of different sizes. We were able to shorten the time taken and keep the construction period to a minimum, keep the construction area compact, and finish building the facility without any accidents.
