MD Seminar
[1 MAR]
An our online seminar will be held by our managing directors to introduce you to our company, vision and values.
HR Seminar & Job Interviews
[4 MAR]
The online HR seminar will introduce you to our people, culture and business activities in Myanmar.
Following this, we will begin the first round of interviews in-person.
Final Job Interview
[7 & 8 MAR]
If your profile is a good fit for the role, we will invite you to a final interview.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for implementing drawing requests from the Parent Japan company and customers, both local and overseas, through active communication.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver drawings to our clients within deadlines.
- Able to travel if necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Must-have skills: Basic 2D AutoCAD
- Preferred skills: such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, VRay for SketchUp and SketchUp
Qualifications
- University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields
- Fresh graduate with a startup mindset (No experience required).
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.
- Must be a team player and able to cooperate with Sankyo Frontier’s global staff.
- Able to attend the MD Seminar in March 2024 and start working in April 2024.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage manufacturing and assembly processes related to our products.
- Collaborate with the team for maintenance, repairing, shipping, installation, and dismantling services provided to our customers.
- Responsible for construction site management, asset management, CAD drawing writing, and provide sales support by accompanying sales engineers.
- Work with the team to oversee the operations of heavy machinery in the factory.
- Involved in all tasks related to architecture and our business.
- Able to travel if offered to be dispatched to another country to help with installation and dismantling from time to time
Qualifications
- University Graduate: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other related fields
- Fresh graduate with a startup mindset (No experience required).
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Must be a team player and able to cooperate with Sankyo Frontier’s global staff.
- Able to attend the MD Seminar in March 2024 and start working in April 2024.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for sales activities
- Build relationships with existing customers and develop new relationships with potential customers
- Responsible for meeting customers and understanding their needs by creating CAD drawings
- Collaborate with the team on product promotion through digital marketing, and to devise sales strategies
- Assisting and performing necessary tasks related to our business
- Able to travel if necessary.

- University Graduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fresh graduate with a startup mindset (No experience required).
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.
- Must be a team player and able to cooperate with Sankyo Frontier’s global staff.

DETAILS
- Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Work Location: 8 Mile or Thilawa SEZ (TBD)
- Industry Type: Rental & Agency of Unit Houses, Production & Sales of Unit Houses
